who exercise regularly are happier and healthier as compared to those who do not exercise regular exercise is important to reduce anxiety ,stress and depression . For measuring fitness of any person the main components are flexibility , muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, body composition.

According to national institute of health, when BMI (body mass index) is between "19 to 25 " body weight considered to be healthy. BMI is between "25 to 29 " body weight considered to be overweight. BMI more than 30 is referred to as obese.
