We read about BMR in previous blog. If you didn't read, please read so you would be able to understand this concept. By checking BMR we can find our daily calorie intake. After that we should be make sure that calorie intake or calorie expenditure should be according to our goal. these are very basic rule of weight loss and weight gain. you can't get result without following these techniques .Let’s understand deeply

If aim is weight loss, then calorie expenditure should be more than calorie intake. Let’s understand through example – If BMR of an individual’s is 2000 than calorie expenditure should be more than 2000. For get better result calorie expenditure should be 2500. Intense exercise is recommended. If aim is weight gain, then calorie expenditure should be less than calorie intake.

Let’s understand through example – If BMR of an individual’s is 2000 than calorie intake should be more than 2000.That person should eat more for weight gain. His calorie intake should be between 2500 to 3000 with moderate exercise.

Please note that gaining weight shouldn’t mean unhealthy food eating. You should be eating proper healthy diet. As well as losing weight doesn’t mean becoming weak by stop eating or following extreme low diet. The main purpose of fitness is a healthy and happier body and stress free mind.
